
Extreme Sports
Extreme sports are dangerous activities that are practiced in extreme conditions. The people practiced these sports should take into account the physical condition, because it’s important to have strength to practice any sport. For example, to skate boarding is necessary to have strength in the legs, but to climbing, it is necessary to have the strength in the hands and legs. But, also it’s very important the emotional strength, because sometimes it’s difficult to finish the challenge, then its here when the athlete needed the motivation like an “I have to finish this, because I can to do” and I think that it’s more easy if you have motivation or if you want to achieve this.
Obviously, each sport has a technique to practice successful. And this technique only can be achieved if the person trains so hard.
There are many kinds of extreme sports; for example, surfing, kite surfing, “rapids”, rafting, kayaking and more; sky diving, parachuting, motocross, supercross, drifting and motorcycle rally; bungee jumping, parachuting; ice and rock climbing and also are the boards sports like a snowboarding, windsurfing, skateboarding and more.
For me, it’s very dangerous to practice some of these sports; in my case, I never will to practice this, because I am scare about that.
